HEADQUARTERS
Midea Headquarters
Midea Group's Innovation & Technology Park is located in Beijiao, Guangdong – known as the "Home Appliance Capital of China." As a benchmark project for new urban development in Beijiao, the park covers an area of approximately 41,500 square meters with a total floor space of about 118,000 square meters, and is scheduled to be officially operational in 2025.

As a provider of green building solutions for modern cities, Dongpeng New Materials offers professional support throughout the entire project lifecycle. From initial design adaptation and customized processing in the mid-phase, to auxiliary material supply and on-site installation, it has established an integrated finished product delivery system covering "design + processing + auxiliary materials + installation." In addition, Dongpeng provides end-to-end services tailored to customer needs, ranging from product selection and customized patterns to after-sales quality assurance. This ensures precise alignment of materials with project scenarios, facilitating smooth delivery and long-term reliable use of the project.
Project Information

The Midea Innovation & Technology Park is positioned as a "benchmark" park, and the exhibition hall in its entrance space clearly carries even more critical functions. It serves not only as a core venue for externally showcasing R&D achievements and brand philosophy but also as an internal communication hub connecting R&D personnel and visitors. Therefore, its design must balance three key requirements: "technological appeal, ecological ambiance, and practical functionality."

To meet these needs, Dongpeng New Materials, in supplying materials for this exhibition hall, utilized Ecological Stone Crystal White as the central element. This material was applied across key areas such as flooring, windowsill stones, escalator platforms, and steps, establishing a foundational base for the exhibition hall that combines aesthetic texture with functional properties.

Spatial Application Effect

The construction of the exhibition hall at Midea Innovation & Technology Park began with the principles of "minimalism" and "transparency." The design maximizes the elimination of boundaries between interior and exterior through extensive use of glass curtain walls, while Dongpeng Ecological Stone Crystal White was selected for seamless and uniform paving. With its exceptional purity and delicate texture, this material enhances the visual integrity of the space. Meanwhile, its glossy surface subtly reflects the surrounding cityscape, ultimately achieving a harmonious unity of material language, spatial perception, and natural imagery.

Dongpeng Ecological Stone Crystal White is made from ultra-fine aggregate, with a surface that presents only a delicate, warm, and luminous texture, free from complex patterns. This visually subtle presence avoids distracting attention with material patterns, while its soft white tone helps balance the "cold, hard feel" of a technological space. It creates a more welcoming ambiance in the lobby, allowing the gentle warmth of natural materials to be subtly perceived. Here, the coolness of a tech environment and the softness of natural materials find their equilibrium.

Product Advantages
Dongpeng Ecological Stone, leveraging its core vacuum negative pressure rock-forming technology and high-purity raw materials, establishes an exceptional foundation for product performance. In key performance indicators, it delivers outstanding results: density reaching 2.5 g/cm³, Mohs hardness up to level 6, and flexural strength exceeding 18 MPa, laying a solid groundwork for durability.

In practical application scenarios, these properties translate into tangible advantages: excellent slip resistance, making it suitable for high-traffic areas. Its through-body composition allows for repeated polishing and refurbishment — even if slight wear occurs on the floor after years of use in the exhibition hall, professional restoration techniques can restore it to a like-new finish without the need for full replacement. This extends the material’s service life and reduces construction waste.
