Unlike conventional cold and solemn medical buildings, this project adheres to the "child-friendly development philosophy" from the very start of project approval. Centered on an ocean narrative theme, it creates a four-dimensional healing space featuring friendly boundaries, human-scaled design, activity compatibility and vibrant color palette. Drawing inspiration from sailing vessels and container cruise ships, designers crafted an ocean-themed architectural form with multi-layer modular shapes, delivering a bright and lively visual experience via color gradients and tonal contrasts.

The partnership on the Third Children’s Hospital of Shenzhen stands as a vivid practice of Dongpeng New Materials in the public engineering sector. Beyond supplying premium construction materials, Dongpeng Eco Stone integrates sustainable development concepts and humanistic care into every inch of the space, demonstrating that low-carbon building materials can concurrently realize integrated aesthetic, functional and social value.
Spatial Application Effect
The Dongpeng New Materials team participated deeply in the project design phase, optimizing the matching and color scheme of Eco Stone centered on an ocean-themed design.Haiqian White and Meisha White serve as the foundational tones, replicating the pure texture of beaches and ocean waves to lay a bright, translucent base for the space.Sunset Yellow accents the lobby activity zones and children’s play areas to foster a warm, lively atmosphere.Clear Sky Blue is applied to medical corridors and transitional walkways, calming emotions just like seawater.
