Teamed up with Dongpeng New Materials’ Local Generation series, Sofa Public Café in Guangzhou positions itself as an "Urban Editorial Office". Breaking free from the design shackles of conventional commercial venues, it endows the space with distinctive aesthetic value and sustainable vitality, illustrating brand-new possibilities for commercial spaces to coexist harmoniously with cities, nature and local humanity.

Sofa Public Café in Guangzhou was born from a passion for urban life and innovative reflections on public space. The core design team defines the venue as an "Urban Editorial Office" — a common room for editorial teams to document everyday city life, as well as an open public living room for all urban dwellers.
Dongpeng Eco Stone runs through the entire space. It serves not merely as decorative surfacing material, but a tangible manifestation of sustainable lifestyles and living concepts.

Spatial Application Effect
The window sill crafted entirely from Dongpeng New Materials’ Local Generation series is designed as a resting bench. Adhering strictly to the 3R principle throughout the café construction, leftover Eco-Stone scraps are repurposed into movable benches and product display racks.
These furnishings fully retain the raw, unadorned texture of the stone with no superfluous embellishments. They blend organically into the space with strong interactivity, making the circular and eco-friendly philosophy tangible for visitors.
